Schelley Bisson
Candidate for Ward 13
London City Council · London, Ontario
I LIVE IN WARD 13. I AM A CANDIDATE FOR WARD 13.
Eleven years living downtown in Ward 13. I don’t want the street to sound better in a report. I want the street to work better in real life.
We see it. We live it. We can change it.
Public Safety and Basic Order.
Housing and Homelessness.
Downtown Recovery.
Taxes and Spending.
Roads, Construction and Transit.
City Hall Accountability.

10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Start with your part of the ward.
Different streets face different pressures. Use the place-first guide to connect the area you know with the municipal issues and projects tied to it, then use the official Ward 13 map if you need to confirm the boundary.
What is happening in your part of London?
Pick the issue you are dealing with. I’ll tell you where I stand, what I would try to change, why I think it matters, and what residents should be able to see if it works.
Some problems need more than another small program.
Living Futures Campus and Living Art Park are ideas I am putting forward for public review. They are not finished City projects. Open them, challenge them and see how I think they could work.
Ask Mr. Shmuel Farhi: What do you want me to ask?
Choose up to five from 40 questions about downtown, housing, development, investment, Westmount Commons and City Hall — or submit a question of your own.
What I have already put forward.
These are actions already taken during this campaign — submissions made, questions formally raised and positions put in writing. They are separate from what I would propose if elected.
Don’t judge the announcement. Judge what changed.
I am putting commitments on the record so residents can come back and check them. If something moves, show it. If it stalls, explain why. If it fails, say so.
The Ward 13 Plan brings the priorities, proposed actions and expected results together.

Volunteer, request a lawn sign, tell me what matters to you, donate, or make a plan to vote.
London deserves to see what happens next.
Your city is being decided every day through budgets, votes, approvals, enforcement, and delays. Election Day decides who will be there to do the work.
