Own the municipal pieces: sidewalks, recreation, Dearness Home and City grants. When the decision belongs to the Province or another institution, name that body, put the request on the record and tell residents what answer came back.

A sidewalk a wheelchair can use, recreation people can reach, grants residents can understand and honesty about what is not controlled by City Hall.
